How Does Low-self Confidence Show up in your day to day life?
We have made a short video on some inspirational quotes to help you get started. To feel inspired, understood and supported.
Self Confidence Tip 1
When self-doubt speaks, Don't listen. Name It.
Then remind yourself of the strength you've already proven.
Confidence isn't something you're born with - its something you rebuild, one thought at a time.
Self Confidence Tip 2
Set a small boundary.
Try making small decisions - what to wear, where to eat, how to spend your time - without consulting anyone. Overtime, those small wins strengthen your self-trust.
Self Confidence Tip 3
Ask your own opinion:
Before checking in with others, ask "what do I think about this?" or "What is right for me?' this will help build trust in your own judgement.
Faith & Self-Confidence
Allah made you on purpose — not to be perfect, but to be present.
Low self-confidence can make us doubt our worth or think our du’as won’t be heard, but Allah never asks for perfection — only sincerity and presence.
Desi Women and Low Self Confidence
So Many desi girls were taught to be humble, not confident. You're not being "too much". You're finally being yourself.
Desi Men and Low Self Confidence
Alot of desi men tie their confidence to what they provide - but real confidence comes from who you are not what you earn.
